All around good and stress free experience, especially hearing all the horror stories about car dealerships and salesman. This experience was the opposite of that. Joseph was friendly throughout, direct and to the point. He even shared a few interesting stories along the way. I Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car, one of which is my mother since her lease is up soon, so maybe an Accord for her? Also shout out to all those employees involved that helped Joseph in being able to do everything so quickly. More

In my experience, I have found many car salesman to be aggressive, which is a huge turnoff for me. Henry is very professional, accommodating, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I currently live in Connecticut and due to my previous experience with Henry and Nardy, I went back to Long Island to purchase my car from them. During the sales process, Rachelle Kidd from the finance department was extremely helpful and made the process very easy and stress-free. The fact that I live in CT complicated the process, but she knew exactly what to do and guided me the entire way. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the sales process and is pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Nardy Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They provide A+ service and I look forward to working with them in the future! More

They are unable to provide service in a timely manner My Odyssey (that I bought from Nardy) was due for a New York State inspection. Mine expires July 31. I called them on July 18 and was told the soonest My Odyssey (that I bought from Nardy) was due for a New York State inspection. Mine expires July 31. I called them on July 18 and was told the soonest they could get me in was August 9, nine days after my current inspection expires. I interpret that as a message that they don't want to do it and would prefer that I go elsewhere for service. Mission accomplished Nardy! I will not be coming back! More

He is a gentleman, not pushy and followed through on what he told us. I have bought a number of vehicles over the years and this was the best experience so far. When picking up the vehicle he took the time to go over all the technical aspects offered in the vehicle and walked around with his spray bottle and towel making sure the vehicle was immaculate and re-emphasized to me that I purchased the right vehicle from the right dealership. Horrible car service experiences Left the vehicle for recalls and door servicing. Week later snd thousands of dollars in additional costs amd on top no loaners for a week!
