He listened to us as we discussed what we were looking for and didn't pressure us to make a quick decision. He even went above and beyond to contact the tech support people at Honda to help answer some questions I had about using hearing aids along with the apple car play. As soon as I shook Henry's hand and sat down, I felt at ease to pursue the vehicle I was looking for. Henry explained the options and reviewed pricing. After figuring which model I wanted, Henry went to the back and advised me he had it in stock. We walked to the lot and as soon as I saw the vehicle, I knew that I had made a great choice. So, I picked up my vehicle a day later, Henry took his time to explain in detail the documents I was signing and went over the new vehicle with me along with setting up my personal preferences. Overall, my experience was extremely positive and I would definitely deal with Henry again, and recommend him as well. More
