When it was time for me to hand off my old Honda to My husband purchased a new CRV in February at Nardy and our salesman, Joe Schmitt was wonderful. When it was time for me to hand off my old Honda to my son and purchase a new Honda for myself, we didn't think twice about going to see Joe. He listened to us as we discussed what we were looking for and didn't pressure us to make a quick decision. He even went above and beyond to contact the tech support people at Honda to help answer some questions I had about using hearing aids along with the apple car play. When we eventually made our choice, Joe got us a great price and then took care of all the details. I have never had such a smooth, seamless car buying experience. Joe is the best! More

I spoke with Henry, explained what I was looking for and felt comfortable to make an appointment to visit the dealership. As soon as I shook Henry's hand and sat down, I felt at ease to pursue the vehicle I was looking for. Henry explained the options and reviewed pricing. After figuring which model I wanted, Henry went to the back and advised me he had it in stock. We walked to the lot and as soon as I saw the vehicle, I knew that I had made a great choice. So, I picked up my vehicle a day later, Henry took his time to explain in detail the documents I was signing and went over the new vehicle with me along with setting up my personal preferences. Overall, my experience was extremely positive and I would definitely deal with Henry again, and recommend him as well. More

Of The 12 Vehicles I've Purchased In my Lifetime I hate car dealerships! Out of the 12 vehicles I've purchased in my lifetime, my vehicle before this one was a number 1 experience. I have closed a f I hate car dealerships! Out of the 12 vehicles I've purchased in my lifetime, my vehicle before this one was a number 1 experience. I have closed a few deals over the phone which is something that is very hard to do. Some say I should be a salesman, but I don't have the stomach for it! I wouldn't have the patience with some of the people that come to purchase a vehicle with unreasonable expectations. They want a vehicle for free and it's just not going to happen. On the other hand you have a slick talking sales rep that just makes my flesh role because all he or she cares about is making a sale! My last purchase before this one was a good one but after they sold me the vehicle I ment nothing else to them. I had to dealerships in mind when I was in the market for the new 2017 CRV. The first dealership I went to, I told the receptionist that I'm looking for someone that is a straight shooter and to the point. I called up Nardie Honda and told them the same thing. The dealership that I physically went to, I had a few questions about the vehicle a day later over the phone and the sales rep told me to look up what I want it and get back to him and I heard him in the background because he did not put his phone on mute asking another coworker for the answers to the questions that I had about this and the sales rep told me to look up what I want it and get back to him and I heard him in the background because he did not put his phone on mute asking another coworker for the answers to the questions that I had about this vehicle. At this point I told the manager that myself and the sales rep is not going to work out because whatever dealership a sales rep is working should know everything about every car in that dealership and should not have told me to look it up and get back to him. Nevertheless, I told the manager that myself and missed sales rep is not going to work out so he told me that he would give me another sales rep and he did. But it so happens on the same day I received a phone call from Mr. Joseph Schmitt who is a sales rep. from Nardy Honda. I told him my situation and I gave him my word that if him and I can come to terms no going back and forth and playing the numbers game that I will be committed to him. Later that day we came to terms. Over the course of two more days we came to terms on the Extended Honda Care Warranty. After about almost a week please schedule an appointment for me to come in and meet for the first time. I knew who he was because a coworker. It turned out but he didn't know who I was. So I sat down at the table next to him while he was dealing with another customer. When Mr. Joseph Schmitt got up from his seat, he asked "was I being helped" and I replied "yes"! "You are". And he smiled and said "Mr. Jordan" and we gave each other a hug as if we was old friends that hasn't seen one another in years. I don't know what it was, but we clicked immediately. It took about almost 2 weeks to get the vehicle and the first day we made contact, we talked literally once a day. Except one day when he called me and told me that I won't be able to get in touch with him because he will be out celebrating his birthday. I look at him as more than a sales rep. He has integrity, loyalty, and a sense of humor to match. Because of him, I am now driving my 2017 CRV with Lots of assessories I sported this vehicle out. I will never forget Joe Schmitt. If you were going to purchase a vehicle, trust me, especially with my 12 vehicle experience, Joe Schmitt is your guy! And to this day, if I have a question with the vehicle he surely has the answer. I wish there was more sales reps that have some of Joe's qualities. Thanks Joseph Schmitt & Nardy Honda. More
