I have leased 2 cars with complete satisfaction through him in the past 3 years My first was an Accord which I came all the way from Pennsylvania to purchase just through him. I needed someone I could trust, who wasn't going to be pushy and could assist me with all the crazy expectations I had. HE DID!!!! And Over those 3 years Joe continued to answer questions, concerns, and even assisted me with warranty issues with dealership here in PA. When it came time for my second vehicle of course I contacted him. But do to certain circumstances I wasn't able to go back to NY for this purchase the time. However, Joe STILL assisted me with the sale here. He contacted a dealership and spoke personally to a salesperson. Who does that?? Someone dedicated to his customers..that's who!! Even though he wasn't making any commission on the deal-Joe was able to get the exact 2017 Civic I told him I wanted, with all the features for a great price. Once again he was there every step of the way. I constantly refer family and friends with confidence they will get the best care as well. I have bought many cars in the past and no one comes close to the customer service he gives. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable about each Honda vehicle he sells .Definitely not your typical car salesman. There is no one better at what he does or more dedicated.. Without a doubt if you purchase a car from him you will get a person who will go above and beyond for you as well. Grateful Mom Today we leased a Honda Odessey from Nardy Honda Smithtown. We had been putting it off as another car payment was NOT in our budget with a family of 6. We had to though because our old van (not a Honda) was falling apart & running on a wing & a prayer. I came in with my 4yo very stressed and hesitant to deal with a "car salesman." Joe was not that at all. He made me feel like he really cared about what I needed and why. He even let my son catch Pokemon on HIS iPhone while we chatted! In the end he got me an unbelievable deal (even less than I'm paying for my Honda Civic) with all the bells and whistles!! He was extremely pleasant to us and made my car purchasing experience as pleasure. I wish all dealerships would be this way. I also dealt with Kalid syed, Manager who was also extremely pleasant and very calming. Henry Schwartz is our "go to" sales associate and highly recommend him to friends and family. Never more than 1 hour from start to finish in the car purchase/lease process. The service department is unbelievable. Can drive in without an appointment for routine maintenance service and you are out within the hour. Comfortable and clean facility throughout. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies while you wait. Just love my new CRV and will be back to test drive the sporty civic for my husband soon. More
