As far as service, though I may not like the appointment process (waiting in that car line, even with a set appointment!), I must say when I had an emergency (my window was frozen shut with imminent rain in the forcast), Tim M. (manager), took me right in (2:30 on a Saturday) and got my immediate problem solved. Even though I need a future appointment after a window motor is ordered, the window was put up and disabled. Left a Honda Owner! I went in to look at the Honda Odyssey after having being in a car accident that totaled my car. Went for a Recall and came back with a New Honda CR-V While visiting the dealership for a recall on my Honda Accord airbag, I walked around the dealership and saw the CR-V for an excellent price. Henry quickly got an estimate for trade in value for my Accord and took me for a test drive in a new CR-V. He was very helpful in explaining the cars features and gave me a thorough breakdown of exactly what the car would cost. Also, Henry let my wife test drive the CR-V and she loved the car and thought that Henry was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly and had a great personality. The three of us went to the back of the car lot and selected a beautiful new white Honda CR-V. Now the only problem may be which of us gets to drive our new car the most, Thank you Henry Schwartz and his Honda dealership. More
