My mom took me to go see Joey, he's our guy My family has been working with Nardy Honda for years. After a recent accident I was in need of a new car. My mom took me to go see Joey, he's our guy! Joey was straight with us and answered all of our questions. Once I decided on a Honda Accord Joey took care of the rest! An issue that came up with insurance or financing he took care of it. He took the stress out of car shopping. He made sure it was smooth sailing on my end. Joey and Syed made sure that I left with my car happy. I am so thankful for the customer service at Nardy. When I was ready to take off in my new car Joey took the time to hook up my Bluetooth and gave me an overview of the car. Used to be a nice place, no more I purchased a Honda Fit from this dealership before. Went in twice during the July 4 week to replace it with a Honda Insight hybrid. No way to negotia I purchased a Honda Fit from this dealership before. Went in twice during the July 4 week to replace it with a Honda Insight hybrid. No way to negotiate price even when I presented a better quote from another dealership. Trade in value of the Fit was way lower than other dealers offered and they would not budge either. Sales people seemed indifferent, showing an attitude as "that it is. if you want to go somewhere else you know where the door is". You know what, I just went down the block and bought a Prius instead. Similar story repeated again when I inquired about an certified Odyssey this week. We are replacing our Toyota Sienna minivan, and it seems that Nardy Honda is not where we will buy. More

Joseph Schmitt, most amazing car salesman EVER!!!!! We have bought/leased many cars over the years, and thus have dealt with many car salesmen. I have never met anyone like Joey, and I continue to be a We have bought/leased many cars over the years, and thus have dealt with many car salesmen. I have never met anyone like Joey, and I continue to be amazed by him, even a month into owning our car. We purchased a Honda Odyssey, which was a huge deal for us, as most of our cars have been leased, and thus this was the first large car purchase we had made in over 15 years. Joey helped us through the process, showed us the options, and made it all easy....and FUN! Joey spoke with us not as customers, but as friends. We trusted him and enjoyed working with him, and we laughed and joked throughout the whole experience. When we picked up the car the next day, he seemed genuinely happy to see us (as people, not just as a sale), and guided us through the pickup process. When we noticed a scratch, he immediately took care of it, giving us a "We Owe You" paper to come back and have it fixed, as he told us that we deserved to have our very expensive purchase fixed properly. Before we left, he gave us a hug, and said "Welcome to the Honda Family." Very classy, totally love this guy. A couple of weeks later, we had the scratch repaired, and upon pickup, were unhappy with how it looked. Though Joey had made his sale to us weeks ago, and we could have been ancient history to him, he saw us through the window looking at it, came out to help, and told us we were absolutely right, and it needed to be corrected. Since then, unfortunately, we have had a few minor issues with the car (a piece of molding was sticking up, door stopped working), and we started to deal only with service, as we didn't think we should bother sales about this. However, our hero Joey Schmitt got wind of the situation, and came to our rescue again! He told us he would always be involved and go to bat for us... his words were "I sold you a car, not a pair of shoes!" Joey has continued non-stop since day 1 to make sure that we are happy with our car, not just from the day we drove off the lot, but into the future. He is without a doubt the most caring, considerate, professional, and genuinely kind salesperson I have EVER dealt with for any purchase. A man who was a stranger to us a month ago I now consider a friend, because that is how he treats us. I cannot put into words how lucky I feel that we purchased our vehicle from Joseph Schmitt. More

We knew we wanted an Odyssey in a particular model and color. He went out of his way and found the exact vehicle we wanted from another dealer. When we took possession he gave us all the time we needed to answer all our questions. He told us the best times to contact him with additional questions. We were not pressured to take extras that we did not want ie extended warranties etc. I would recommend Joey in a heart beat to anyone that wants a no nonsense professional car buying experience. I did my research and the Honda Fit seemed to come out tops in its class. When my daughter and I walked through the doors of Nardy Honda we had the good fortune to meet Henry Schwartz, a most knowledgeable, highly professional, and very affable sales/leasing consultant. Henry listened, shared his wealth of experience, and had no agenda but to help us get a fair deal on the car we wanted. What I most appreciated was his forthrightness. When I asked him the prices on various models to buy or lease, he gave me numbers. I have often found that dealerships bombard you with specials and discounts, most of which don't apply to you, but actual facts and figures are elusive. Henry made the process painless start to finish, and went out of his way to get me the car I wanted in my time frame. The dealership itself is clean, friendly, and pleasant.
