Terrible and dishonest people. They never honored the deal they offered me over the phone. I spoke to both the sales manager ken and a car sales person by the name of Alex Dovi abo They never honored the deal they offered me over the phone. I spoke to both the sales manager ken and a car sales person by the name of Alex Dovi about a verbal agreed lease payment over the phone. I was very clear that if the lease was not possible to please let me know so that I don't have to drive two hours from Miami to Naples. They told me yes come we will definitely be in the range we agreed on. I go and they tell me the opposite and even tell me that Alex Dovi does not exist here and that he was fired. I literally still have the text of him two hours prior to driving over there. They were clearly lying and had no regard for the unnecessary inconvenience they caused. More

10 days ago, went in to purchase a used Honda Ridgeline that was advertised online at $34,500 +/-. I drove 60 miles to see it. Turns out that you cannot buy a used car for the online price. They added fee that was advertised online at $34,500 +/-. I drove 60 miles to see it. Turns out that you cannot buy a used car for the online price. They added fee after fee and suddenly it was $40,000+. I was tripled teamed by the salesman, his apprentice and their back office guy. It was way too stressful. Old time car sales. They would not let me leave. I finally negotiated a deal because I did like the truck. However, when I went back the next day to pick it up, they only had one key fob. After ten days, they have not found the primary fob. The salesman said that's the way they got it, that's the way it is. I need a second key. Cost will be $250-$300. I asked them to reimburse me and they said one key is it. Second, even though the truck came with their lifetime limited powertrain warranty, it did NOT have even a 30-day Naples Nissan warranty. So, unless something serious fails, I cannot get minor issues addressed. I financed though Naples Nissan with Suncoast Credit Union. I later learned that their finance person did not follow through with what he was supposed to do. I wish Carmax had a truck that fit my criteria. At least there, you are treated better. I have bought several cars from Carmax and will continue to deal with them in the future. More

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. My pregnant wife and I were very serious about purchasing a new mid sized SUV before our child arrives. We were interested in a used 2020 Nissan Rogu My pregnant wife and I were very serious about purchasing a new mid sized SUV before our child arrives. We were interested in a used 2020 Nissan Rogue S that was listed at 21,988. The car salesman told us they really needed to get a 2020 Nissan Rogue SL off of the lot and we could potentially get a great price for the vehicle listed at 28,988, even though we told him we believed this was out of our price range. When we sat down to talk numbers on the "great deal" for the Nissan Rogue SL, we discovered the great deal was an out the door price over 38,000 dollars. Nearly a full 10,000 dollars higher than the listed price. They included multiple absolute scam add ons including 1,000 dollars for a tracking device they installed in the vehicle and over 4,000 dollars in vehicle reconditioning fees. We asked for an itemized list of what this "reconditioning" included and we're told "mostly labor". We immediately said this is a waste of our time and we cannot afford this vehicle. I asked multiple times to see the numbers on the Rogue listed at 21,988 and was told they would be the same price in the end. How thet could end up being the same price I do not know. The financial manager Mario ( who's is absolutely awful with math, numbers, & listening in general) came over to try and convince us that our monthly payment on the Rouge SL would be in our budget at 412 dollars a month (he stated this was only 30 dollars more than our maximum monthly payment goal of 320 dollars) while attempting to increase the length of the loan to 84 months. Mario stated they wouldn't accept our USAA loan and interest rate at under 5 percent. He lied to our face and said they only accept financing through the dealership. These people wouldn't even let us see the numbers on a car we wanted to buy and thought was in our budget, instead they aggressively pushed us to make bad financial decisions thinking we were young and had done no research. I truly can't believe how awful of an experience this turned out to be. Safe to say we walked out and we will never be shopping for a vehicle here again! More
