I have purchased over 30 (3 quarters of them Nissan) new cars since 1974 and this latest deal was the best and most memorable experience ever. First time I ever had a dealership treat me with respect, kindness and compassion. Ellen M in sales was very attentive, Blake Walker was fantastic (thank you, Blake) and made sure I got the car I wanted at a price to fit my budget. I drove 625 miles (each way) from Pensacola to this dealership in Naples because they had the car I wanted and I couldn't find it elsewhere. Little did I know I would discovered it be my favorite car purchase transaction out of them all. After this experience I wouldn't hesitate to drive there again to buy my next car from these folks... they're good people. Also, the dealership was well maintained and I loved the palm trees on the car lot, it felt like I was at a resort!. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for your next car. The only reason I won't be using their service department is the distance from where I live. I could go on and on gushing about them,,, More

So he fired me. He said I couldn't come back to NAPLES NISSAN ON 3640 Pine Ridge Rd, Naples, FL 34109, United States +1 855 638 2438 The sales department took advantage of a poor old woman who told them she was having troubles as well. I didn't have a man with me when I bought a car and they suckered me in to paying a bunch of money to fix my car after I traded it in over $3000 and sold me 7 warranties! I got in a lot of trouble when I got home. My husband said I was stupid! He made me go back and cancel the warranties and get my money back. The SALES MANAGER was not sympathetic and IRAN, the FINANCE MANAGER said I knew what I was getting after I asked his advice on what I should get! They took me for a dummy, which I was. Never buy a car from these narcissistic mean men!!! NAPLES NISSAN IN NAPLES FLORIDA IS NOT FEMALE FRIENDLY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN!!! More

Window tint ($250) - tint on windows were from factory. 3. Permatag ($250) - stated for a clear coat they put on vehicle. Also stated they could not be close to kbb for trade in due to another recon fee. So total of $5250 in unexplained fees. Needless to say vehicle is still sitting on lot. More

I was specific. I had to endure repeated refrains of "I hear you" & "I understand". The fake empathy was nauseating. Then, typical of their trade, proceeded to humiliate me by telling me how he would definitely pay more for this that and the other. They heard me say what my max budget was repeatedly. They encourage test drives to get you enthusiastic, operating under the delusion that your budget will magically increase itself. Because I am a woman, they put the new trainee on my case. He could not answer ONE of my questions, kept repeating that he was new. I don't care how new I am, if I am trying to get you to buy something from me, I will say, "I don't know but I will sure find out, or I'll ask someone who knows", not, "I'm new". I am not naming him because he was so young and stupid, I can't bring myself to name him, I feel sorry for him. Anyway, after making my budget and intentions clear, they still wasted about two hours of my time. Nothing was being achieved and I left upset. Then I get called from Manager Jim, who proceeds to tell me my time was not wasted. I love when guys mansplain reality to me, what a pleasure!! He also proceeds to blow smoke up my butt about how he cares that I left upset. For the sake of argument, I repeated my specifications to Manager Jim. I also specifically told him that if he could not help as specified to NOT CALL ME BACK. Well wouldn't you know...Manager Jim called me back with much the same unwanted "deal", but added that he spoke to the owner. Because if you speak to the owner and then that is the deal, it makes all the difference. Anyway, I was not going to review, because I had put it behind me. Then today, I am still being called by Mario, wanting to know how I did at another dealership. It is none of your business Mario; furthermore, I will not waste my breath. Then I get a call from Manager Jim pretending I have an appointment tomorrow and telling me he looks forward to seeing me. I do not know what their actual malfunction is, but I'm not having anything to do with it. No wonder Deb quit. What a terrible, insulting and unproductive experience. More
Came in with transmission issue, well yea it was done and the cost for rebuild was not worth it. The manager came over to me and said “we’re getting you into a new vehicle today!” I seriously didn’t believe the cost for rebuild was not worth it. Kris worked with me on options and pricing and I drove off the lot in a brand new Kicks! The manager, Kris and finance worked extremely hard to get me in a vehicle and I couldn’t be more thankful! Absolute disaster turned into a miracle. Go there talk with them and get your vehicle, you won’t be disappointed. More
Contacted Naples Nissan for some trouble codes on my son's 2013 Nissan Altima. Spoke with Chris the service writer. Brought the car in for diagnosis of trans issue and trouble codes. Chris was kind enough to offer me a shuttle ride home while car was being worked on. Picked the car up by end of day and everything is working as it should. Very happy with Naples Nissan and Chris in service. The tech even took time to go o er the issues with me. Great Job! More
