I do not recommend Naples Mazda’s service department. I brought my car in for an oil change and waited the promised hour-and-a-half. When I returned, the vehicle hadn’t even been serviced yet. I was told I brought my car in for an oil change and waited the promised hour-and-a-half. When I returned, the vehicle hadn’t even been serviced yet. I was told the order was “upside down” and overlooked, then waited another 15 minutes, got my keys but no receipt or documentation. Two days later I still have no report or proof of what was done — no email, no invoice, nothing. The lack of communication and respect for my time was unacceptable. More
