He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the features of the car, and never made me feel pressured. Lee Bartlett the financial consultant was equally excellent. He walked me through all of the financing options in a clear, straightforward way and ensured that everything was handled efficiently. Didn't inform me about wave program instead I need to get a 500 oil change program. She said if I change my oil and something breaks warranty would not cover it. And know one showed me how anything works on a 500 oil change program. She said if I change my oil and something breaks warranty would not cover it. I did not ask for the big tires.l asked for a block she told me if I want one I should buy one. I think I should have been treated better.
