They were great during the sales process. When i picked my brand-new vehicle up it had chipped paint on the bumper and they were going to fix it. The man who worked on my car was very helpful. I think his name was Chris or Mike, but now I do not remember. I already had to call AAA once for accidentally locking my one key inside the car. I think his name was Chris or Mike, but now I do not remember. I already had to call AAA once for accidentally locking my one key inside the car. I do not want to pay $200 to have a second chip key made, so I copied the key that is inside the chip car starter. I wanted to magnet this spare key outside the car, just so that I could get inside the car, should the starter key get locked inside again. Well this second key would not unlock the car door. The mechanic looked at it and said that he thought that it was not working because the key needed to be filed. He took the spare key to his workspace, filed it, and now it works great. He did all this for free and I am very grateful. More
