If he wasn't the one helping, I am almost sure I would not have bought from them. His manager Ray Fini was also respectful and committed to customer service. If you ever want to buy from that dealer, ask for Ali or Ray and I am 100% sure you will get the service you deserve. The car is my first electric vehicle and my 750 BMW looks pale now. They marked the car had a full tank of gas and I told him that is not correct it was almost 3/4 gas. I took a picture of it when I left and return the car with the same gas amount. Mercedes-Benz of West Covina is a VERY VERY bad company. We took our car to be repaired at Mercedes-Benz of West Covina because the computer engine light was on. Once this light was on, the vehicle immed We took our car to be repaired at Mercedes-Benz of West Covina because the computer engine light was on. Once this light was on, the vehicle immediately lost power when going uphill, and sometimes even rolled back. Mercedes-Benz of West Covina checked and said our Ignition Coil broken, and they replaced the Ignition Coil for us, and told us that the car was repaired finish and we could take it home. We paid $2949 for the change Ignition Coil, took the car from Mercedes-Benz of West Covina and drove home. After driving for ten minutes, the old problem of the car reappeared again. This time the problem seemed to be more serious. We almost stopped twice, forcing us to almost turn on the emergency lights. We went back to Mercedes-Benz of West Covina to discuss this old problem. Because the old problem still existed after replacing the Ignition Coil, that means it was not a problem with the Ignition Coil at all, and it also showed that our original Ignition Coil was not broken. After that, Mercedes-Benz of West Covina said they found a new problem, saying that the Voltage Coverter was broken and it would cost $1000 to replace it. We said that it was fine to replace the Voltage Coverter, and if it was broken, we had to replace it, but please put back our old Ignition Coil that we confirmed was not broken, and refund us $2949. At this time, Mercedes-Benz of West Covina insisted that "we dont put your old Ignition Coil back because it is too old." they refusal to refound us that $2949 Mercedes-Benz of West Covina is shameless. We were forced to buy the expensive parts that we dont need change, all this happen because of their misjudgment. We have to paid $2949 for our still work great part under their coercion. This is a shocking fraud. I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at this dealership that I feel compelled to share. After moving to California, I signed a contract last Sunday, full cash in hand, excited to finally have my dealership that I feel compelled to share. After moving to California, I signed a contract last Sunday, full cash in hand, excited to finally have my new car. I expected a smooth start to my new chapter, but that was far from what happened. Just two days later, I discovered that both keys for my car were missing. I drove over an hour to pick up a loaner, only to be told it would take 3 to 5 business days to resolve the issue. I felt utterly lost and helpless during this time. When one key was finally found, Zaryab brought the car to me, but then I realized the dealership forgot to provide the temporary license plate I needed for registration. To make things worse, I found scratches and dents on the car, as well as damaged rims. I was advised to return the car for repairs, which was incredibly disappointing. This should have been an exciting experience, but it turned into a nightmare. If you’re considering this dealership, I urge you to think twice. I never expected such poor service from a brand with a solid reputation. My experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I would recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the headaches I faced. More

This is more a reflection on my run in with the GM who I observed to be, on separate occasions while visiting the Dealership a bully to his people rude to customers unless you are buying. I said just the door and he proceeded to let me know he had 8 of them in a rude manner almost gave him the bird but did not want to sink to his level. You decide if this is the kind of place you want to deal with. On a side note forcing his people to sell some bogus Zurich Direct onto the customers for 1500 on top of the car price is complete bull crap. I know Envision owns the whole block and all these dealerships but I don't think we should pay their rent. Sell cars the right way maybe the lobby will be full someday. Get rid of the bad seed GM's you'll have happier workers, because they do work their butts off, and maybe customer loyalty too.... More
