Not sure if the issue is this dealership or the larger Mercedes/Envision customer experience. I bought a new car about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for things that I should have gotten with the car on d Mercedes/Envision customer experience. I bought a new car about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for things that I should have gotten with the car on day 1. The car already has issues with software updates. Seems like things are slow. I miss the old Penske customer experience as we have bought from this dealership for over 25 years. I am still unclear about my warranty as I didn't get the call back as promised. I might buy from the Arcadia dealership next time. More
