I paid the asking price Jason Paez quoted me over the
phone. I worked with Z on the paperwork and he was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient about explaining the features and how they worked in the car

However, the used 2022 AMG SL 63 car I paid $118,000 for in cash was damaged but was assured it would be fixed promptly. The trim on the drivers side was ripped off. Also, the front floor mats were filthy and damaged. A damaged car should be fixed before it’s put up for sale. I have been in constant contact with Z but it has been 8 weeks and Service still makes excuses (i.e. it takes a long time to get it from Germany or we ordered the passenger side instead of the driver side without informing us or it will take another 5-10 days to get the part) which will spread this repair out 10 weeks for me. Other MBZ dealerships I have called can get the part in 3-5 days from Germany and installed in one day. I have even offered to buy the part from Fletcher Jones MBZ and bring it to this dealership to be installed and was told no. Jason, the mgr, will not take my calls, has not returned my messages nor answered my email. I have bought many Mercedes over the 25 years and have only had excellent experiences. This has been nothing but a horrible and an extremely time consuming experience to get this damaged car fixed. I have bought many cars from Fletcher Jones and I now regret buying from this dealership. Love the car but soured on the Service.
Purchased 2/14/2026. Today is 4/15/2026 and still not fixed.

Your dealership sold me a damaged car. The panel around the window controls was peeling off and the front floor mats were damaged and filthy. The sales rep promised, at time of purchase, the part would be ordered and then it would only take an hour to be installed. I called and texted Zaryab Choudhry, the rep. who also goes by the name of just "Z" and it was one excuse after another. 10 weeks later still no part. I left many text messages about getting the part. Then I emailed and left messages with his boss Jason P. and NO returned calls or emails from Jason P.. He was there but would not take my call about getting this part. Then the sales rep and sales and manager blocked my phone number. I have always been treated so well at Fletcher Jones Mercedes for over 30 years and I thought I would be given the same great service but I was very, very wrong. I would never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. Frustrated, I called the MBZ Corporate office, spoke with Cedric who was very helpful and told me this was definitely not MBZ standards. A damaged car should not be put up for sale until everything is fixed, cleaned or replaced. I called Fletcher Jones and they told me they could have the part from Germany in 2-3 days. The rep forgot to order the part and when they finally did they ordered the wrong part. The damage was to the driver side not the passenger side. Cedric called the dealership immediately and they had the part in 2 days. He was very helpful programing the car for me over the phone and was extremely patient. The dealership refused to replace the front floor mats. I should have read the other reviews on Sales and Service before I bought at this dealership. I worked with MJ in Service Department and he was excellent. Love the car but the experience was horrible, frustrating, NO customer service at Sales, NO follow up at Sales. No manager involvement. Did not follow MBZ policy and standards. Send me 2 new front foot mats for a start. You have my phone # and address.
