Usually great service, but this time I set up an appointment 1 month in advance. After I brought my car in, it ended up staying 3 days for some minor repair work and a routine service. They had the parts, so they weren't waiting for them, they just seemed really busy and I guess I was at the end of the line despite the set appointment. I was notified that it was ready for pick up, however when I went to get it, I had to wait 45 mins. for them to bring it out. If I'm told it is ready, then I expect it to be ready to go. I also had to call Bill each day to find out about it's status. Service means just that. They should be notifying me, not the other way around. I've also had loaner cars in three other cities when I've taken my mercedes in for service, but not at this dealer. I was told it was because I didn't buy it there, but that must be particular to this dealer as I didn't get this response at the other dealers. More

Great service from Stori! Stori has been my service person since I purchased my CLA in 2016. She is absolutely wonderful! With that said, thru no fault of her own, I had a terrible experience in terms of transportation. I was called an Uber to get me to work since the shuttle had just left. I signed up for the shuttle to bring me back in the afternoon. When the time came, I waited for 30 minutes. No call or anything from the transportation department or the shuttle. So I called. I was told they had to drop someone off but was on their way. I waited another 15 minutes. Still no shuttle. I called again and they said the shuttle couldn’t find me. They called me an Uber instead who was supposed to be there in 5 minutes. Again no show and no call. I called back and told them I’d be walking home since I live only a couple miles away and would get my car the next morning. Stori saved the day and had one of the service techs pick me up. Moral of the story here is to just get a rental car. The shuttle service here is terrible! More
