Almost perfect I love this service center and the people who work here. I trust completely that they will take the absolute best care of my car. That said, it was my choice to live on an island and it's worth the trip and waiting at the shop to make sure my car is in the best shape and my concerns are listened to completely. More

Rip off. Was charged for items that were not completed!! I was charged for DEF. The technician did not add any DEF. The DEF level was the same after the service as it was before I brought my vehicle in. I a I was charged for DEF. The technician did not add any DEF. I asked to have the front grill and radiators blown out with air due to the large amount of bugs that had accumulated. I did not check to see if this was done at the time of pick up. Later that day I checked and NOTHING was blown out per my request. I had to clean the area by hand. I was charged $165 for this service. I did not call the service center because it would have come down to the technician's word against mine. I will NEVER use this service center again. They clearly and deliberately rip off their customers! More
