He was courteous, straight forward, and was proactive in updating me on the car I was interested in. The dealership does not hold cars which I knew when vocalizing interest in a very specific car. I highly recommend that buyers be proactive in finding out availability even if you have to try multiple sources at the dealership, be able to go immediately to see /test drive it, and be decisive in your willingness to buy in that moment. The Seattle market is hot for used cars, depending upon the make/model, and wastes no time for anyone taking their time. I did my research knew what I wanted and also knew which bank branch I would need to swing by to pay for the car should it meet my expectations. I'm sure financing there, in the sales moment through your own bank, or dealing with a trade in adds time. Everyone was awesome to us and our Great Dane who was along for the ride/buying experience. More
Not the best experience but my car was serviced well! Brian was my service advisor and was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. The fact that the dealership does not give loaners unless you purchased the car new there or had been in for service three times is/was kind of a bummer - the car was purchased new but came in from out of state. Understand it is an owner decision but not in keeping with Mercedes or any other dealership I have dealt with in the past. This was my first service appt at Mercedes of Seattle and I was not familiar with pick up standards and where to go. The gentleman who directed me to my car was not very friendly nor helpful in a kind manner. All in all, my car drives great after the service. More

My routine service and single repair were scheduled and performed quickly, with no hard push to up-sell me on things I don't want or need. My car is out of warranty, but I was driven to my home in a courtesy van and given a ride-share trip to the dealership at the completion of the service. They honored a discount special advertised by a metro area competitor that I'd shown them when I dropped off the car. I've used Mercedes-Benz of Seattle for years and remain very satisfied with their service. More

Fantastic Experience Bill provided exceptional service in getting our car ready to drive back to Houston. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. We had a blowout while on vacation and needed help ensuring the new tires were aligned. We also needed the B service. Even though we don't live in Seattle, everyone treated us like family. The reception desk was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. Bill ensured that the service was performed quickly to get us on the road as soon as possible. He even arranged for transportation so we could explore Pike Place while waiting on the car to be serviced. We had originally stopped at a Mercedes service shop in Idaho closer to where the blowout occurred. The Boise service center was not interested in helping us when we were really in need. In fact, I had to call Embrace while in the Boise dealer's parking lot to see if we should attempt to make it to Seattle without service due to the alignment issue and problems with the nav/electrical system since no one at the dealer would help out. Although our experiences with the Mercedes service department in Houston has been nothing but stellar, we thought this may just be due to the fact that we buy cars from that Houston dealership. We assumed that the Boise dealership did not provide any help since we were just traveling through on vacation and most likely would never purchase a car from that location. After that experience, we had momentary doubts about Mercedes. Our attitude changed once we experienced this Seattle Mercedes location. We really appreciate the Seattle service team taking such good care of us even though we live in Houston! More
I'm Impressed and that doesn't happen very often! I had a brilliant experience with Arby who basically took care of me from A to Z. From analyzing what was wrong with my tire to quickly ordering a new I had a brilliant experience with Arby who basically took care of me from A to Z. From analyzing what was wrong with my tire to quickly ordering a new one from ordering a shuttle for me and transferring everything in my car trunk to the shuttle and even ordering an Uber for my pick up. I'm so impressed with their service. Arby was a one man show with all the tricks up his sleeve. I loved that he was honest and sincere and didn't try to sell me anything. He told me issues that could possibly arise and gave me multiple ways/options on how to go about fixing it! Also, thank you for cleaning and vacuuming my car. Honda didn't do that ;) You've earned my business for life :) More
The total experience was excellent. I have always had excellent service at the dealership and this time was no different, I have been taking my car there for all of it’s maintenance sinc I have always had excellent service at the dealership and this time was no different, I have been taking my car there for all of it’s maintenance since I purchased it in 2001. It now has 316,000 miles on it so you guys have done an excellent job!!!! More
