Because I was having a difficult day she went the extra mile for me. I also worked with Johnny Chan in sales that day looking at a new vehicle and he was professional and responsive. He worked with me on my requests, listened and since I was on a tight timeline helped to get me out of there in a reasonable timeframe. Very caring and helpful. I will definitely be using MB Seattle for service as well as any new vehicle needs in the future. More
