Thanks to Stori Haug I made an appt. for a recall, I was called on that day and it was cancelled - others were given the part. on the weekend. One week later I called an I made an appt. for a recall, I was called on that day and it was cancelled - others were given the part. on the weekend. One week later I called and made a second appt. and was told parts were in, and I arrived for that appt. Two hours later ( I had a service done at Stori’s excellent suggestion so I would not need to return) then I was told the recall part would not be installed on that day.....the reason I had come. Thanks to Stori’s advocacy she found the part availability WAS there, and was being saved for another customer I suspect. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s. The service department seems to have been playing games that I found offensive, so did my husband. If it were not for Stori you would have lost TWO customers.
