This was one of the hottest days temperature was over 94 degrees,,we were comfortable and the waiting area was beautiful. Bathrooms were elegant and clean. The personnel kept letting us know how long. I actually bought another car at a great price trading in one of our other cars. Our salesperson Josia Evans was great and showed me four cars to help me make the correct decision. In the past I had spoken to EMI Balan and he was very busy with a sale but made sure Josia was available to help me. I drove home in a beautiful yellow smart car. Thank you. More

Phone calls are answered or immediately returned; the customer lounge is very comfortable and outfitted so I can work remotely while I wait for my vehicle. Service has always been timely and well-performed and in the one instance where the vehicle was not ready when it was promised, staff took care to adjust our bill to our satisfaction. Recently, however, they have really gone above and beyond - we purchased a motorhome on a Mercedes chassis from a local RV dealership that didn't make it home on our first trip. The vehicle was towed to Seattle Mercedes and the staff there have assisted in determining what actually went wrong with the motorhome AND have worked directly with the insurance adjustor and RV dealership to make it right. It has been a relief to work with such trustworthy people in such a stressful situation. More
