Professional and pleasant place I bought 3 cars from Mercedes of Seattle. One reason is that I just like to come back to this place. It's low-key, cool place with great customer service and no dealership pressure. They have great cars in show room that I always spend some time sitting in and figuring out things :) Last time, I was leasing 2 cars simultaneously, for myself and my wife. Out salesperson, Josia Evans, was awesome. He was pleasant and knowledgable, and was part of the reason why we canceled out appointment with another dealership after test drives with him. He also followed up on in the days after and overall left a great impression of no-push salesperson who disarms with the right connection. I also want to mention Sales Manager Chris Schniegenberg, who of course sold us the cars for profit, but did it with class and finesse that made us feel good about the deal. Nicely done, Chris! I would absolutely go to the MB of Seattle any time I need a car. We got out business MB Metris from them , and then 2 sedans. We are now all-MB household, in most part thanks to the family-like atmosphere that folks at MB of Seattle foster. Go there, you will be glad you did :) More

a replacement carpet was installed over my rear engine. I have a very minor problem which must have happen due to the carpet replacement. When I start the engine while it is warm all is ok. When I start th I have a very minor problem which must have happen due to the carpet replacement. When I start the engine while it is warm all is ok. When I start the engine after it has been sitting for a few hours (engine is cold) the engine makes a lot of noise for about 20 seconds then it quiets down and all is ok. This isn't something I'm losing any sleep over but I'm curious what your tech might have done to cause this? I have had this Smart car since 2008 and I never have heard such a loud noise after starting the engine until your tech replaced the carpet. Any thoughts on this seemingly temperature related problem? I'm assuming there is no danger occurring with the engine. The tech probably would want to be informed about this. I'd like to hear what the tech has to say about this. Thank you William Stauffer More

Hottest day and coolest car I had been looking for a newer smart car for quite a while. Mercedes Benz of Seattle had exactly the perfect smart car for me. Gave me a great tradein on my 2008 that wasn't equipped with ac or blue tooth options. I drove away in a cool, 2015 yellow smart car on one of the hottest days this summer 98 degrees. Josia Evan's gave me many options but he knew I would only be happy if I found the exact car at a good price. This company, I believe, understands happy customers are return customers.
