Said I didn’t have a problem when I did My screen was fluttering and I brought it in to be fixed. They said there was no problem and returned it to me. When we arived, the car had been washed and prepped for us. We were given space to check out the car on our own, then we walked in, spoke to the sales consultant, went for a test drive, and purchased the car - not the one we were checking originally, but instead, another that was on the show room floor. There were Maybachs and the top line Benz cars on display. Though we purchased a Smart Car which is at the far end of the low side of the price point scale, we were treated like we were purchasing a Maybach!! Cannot say enough about the service we received, and loved working with our sales consultants Bright Friday and John Barrett. This has truly been the best car buying experience ever!
