I would only recommend this dealership because of Josia. If you come to this dealership, you should work Josia Evans! I bought a used car here 2 weeks ago and was very close not to buying it due to it not be If you come to this dealership, you should work Josia Evans! I bought a used car here 2 weeks ago and was very close not to buying it due to it not being in the condition I wanted . They actually left the car in a disgusting condition and there was food stains all over the interior as well as road spray on the exterior. Josia got it to where I wanted it and was absolutely phenomenal about the situation. He truly cares about who he’s helping! He ran all over the dealership to make the car perfect for me! Furthermore, when I took it off the lot it wasn’t detailed, they only did a quick clean. So fast forward to today, I got it detailed at the dealership and it was the opposite of perfect. Looked as if they only vacuumed the interior and cleaned the exterior. This quality of work was unacceptable. Once Josia saw this work, he drove the car himself back to the detailing area to get it fixed and when it was done it still did not meet his standards so he cleaned it and got every little speck possible, himself! Another employee Giancarlo saw as well and was also not happy with the work done, so he joined Josia( this was also after hours). They both continued to wipe the car down until we were literally getting in the car to drive away so it was perfect for me! Not happy with the detailers, the condition I got the car in was ridiculous. I am a 20 year old ameteaur when it comes to vehicles and I could have done ten times better. Not happy with management for letting it happen either. Also, the manager that spoke to us was quite rude and I expected better from a Mercedes dealership. Moreover, very upset with Emi. When we first walked in they treated and looked at us like we did not belong.We were 20 year olds looking for a car and they did not take us serious at all! Even though, I was ready to buy that day and did buy. Emi would not even shake my boyfriend’s hand when my boyfriend put his hand out and continued to ignore him the entire conversation which I felt was extremely rude. Emi was the person I called to see if the car was available and when I came in he was too busy, saw us a couple times and would not say anything to let us know. He handed my boyfriend and I off to Josia. Thankfully he did because Josia treated us like we should have been! I am infuriated that Emi might have gotten part of the comission, because he claimed to be our salesman and that Josia would help us but, did not do ANYTHING for me and I quite frankly never would like to work with him! Josia was the only one who deserved it. If it weren’t for Josia and Giancarlo, I would’ve given this dealership 1 star! This dealership is lucky to have them! More

Excellent Customer Care I bought a 2018 C300 new last Aug. & am so happy I chose Mercedes of Seattle. I visited the Bellevue dealership twice & nobody ever came out to greet, I bought a 2018 C300 new last Aug. & am so happy I chose Mercedes of Seattle. I visited the Bellevue dealership twice & nobody ever came out to greet, let alone help me, either time...and I walked the entire lot waiting for a salesperson! So even though I live/work on the Eastside I am extremely happy I bought in a seattle because their team, all the way from Sales to Service, has been exemplary! 5 stars for sure!!! More
Great Customer Service I had an emergency situation with my 2018 GLC 300 when my instrument panel kept registering a PSI problem with my tires. Tire pressure was shown off I had an emergency situation with my 2018 GLC 300 when my instrument panel kept registering a PSI problem with my tires. Tire pressure was shown off on all four tires despite having them checked at two Firestone establishments, the instrument panel continued to register an urgent error. I decided to take a chance and rush my vehicle into the dealership and see my representative Mr. GLOVER. Although I could see that he was extremely busy with a stack of jobs that yet needed to be addressed, he yet factored me into the day, and saw that my issue was resolved. I felt very comfortable and safe when my vehicle was returned to me. I want to especially thank him, Peppy, and the entire team that took care of me. Awesome Job Guys! More
