I came in definitely expecting to test drive, but was easily sold both on the product and on George's understanding of what my needs were, and I left with lease in hand. I'm a (very young!) 46 year old technology professional, and wanted a luxury coupe. I was willing to look at both the C and E series. George presented both, but quickly noted what my husband and I couldn't quite put our finger on: The E was simply a bit much for our lifestyle. Lovely, swank vehicle, but I was looking for something a little cooler, a little more unusually shaped, a little less stodgy. He directed us to a great C series in my desired black that even had an upgraded music system -- a huge plus for me as a former rock critic and my husband as a musician! I'm sure we're in many ways not the "average" MB buyer, but George "got" us and treated us as graciously and with as much sophistication as your more "old money" clients. You don't always see that, even when you can afford the price point. We thought George was awesome. More

III. When got in car to drive away, the screen on the dash said I was "12 or so days past Service C" - despite bringing my car in 6 days before (and leaving it with the Service Department), and paying over $4,800 for that service (as well as other service as well)! - Why doesn't the service technician reset this - ROUTINELY, after performing service on a car? That way you can drive away when you pick up your car - e.g., and not have to go back inside, and then have to have a service person drive it to the service department to reset this. More

Replace sidebag cause light bulb go out The service is originally for the recall. However it end up burn my head light bulb. Instead of telling me the light bulb is burned. They turn the light switch from automatic to off so that the error message won't show up when I turn the key on. On my way home, I turn the light switch to automatic and found that the light bulb error message. I immediately called them back, they say that it's not their response since it's not their light bulb. More
