Well run dealership Liz Davis my service writer was really connected with the mechanics and able to discuss the repair to my car in expert detail. Not a pleasant first experience in Seattle I waited 2 hours only to be told that they had system issues. I was given the option to wait longer in hopes that the system would start working. Aft I waited 2 hours only to be told that they had system issues. I was given the option to wait longer in hopes that the system would start working. After a 1 hour drive to get there I decided to give it a try. It didn’t work. After all of that it was the attitude of the sales consultant that made it a bad experience. She did not value my time and could care less that I wasted my time. I will not return to that dealership. More
