Great Service, bad aftermarket work by Cartoys I have spent numerous times in the service department working to resolve an issue that was sold at the sale. They put in an aftermarket camera system I have spent numerous times in the service department working to resolve an issue that was sold at the sale. They put in an aftermarket camera system by Cartoys. We had consistent issues and after many times back into the shop, it was pulled out by cartoys. At the same time, our microphone stopped working and we came in a couple times to get it resolved. Everyone has been nice but we finally had the whole thing taken apart and there were foreign wires in the car around the same place that the microphone is. I have wasted many hours, not because of issue with service but by the use of crappy aftermarket items sold as factory like. If you buy a car, do not let them use Cartoys to do an install. We are finally getting out of the turmoil of this issue and would appreciate Mercedes Benz of Seattle terminating their relationship with Cartoys. More

Nothing Special I have to bring my ten year old smart to an authorized smart center - over 100 miles from my apartment (50 miles on the I-500 Speedway). In spite of the distance, your dealership has been the most honest one I've dealt with. Brian has been a straight shooter with me. He also knows that I am only living on Social Security and has done his best to keep my cost low. Much appreciated. The only issues I have now is the travel distance & dealing with the Interstate. When I was 50, it was tolerable - but at 77, now, its a grind. More
