No one seems to understand basic customer service. I went into the dealership for the first time. Was not welcomed by anyone when I arrived. I stood at the desk that appeared to be where I should go, t I went into the dealership for the first time. Was not welcomed by anyone when I arrived. I stood at the desk that appeared to be where I should go, turns out it was the courtesy vehicle desk where the two employees were having an argument over bring up the correct car and ignored me for about 5min while I stood waiting patiently for assistance/direction. I was then told to go inside to talk to someone, Bob, who was unavailable. I waited and then the next rep eventually said he could help me. At this point no one has actually said "Hey welcome to Mercedes Service, this is how this works..." everyone seems to just assume all the customers know everything all the employees do. Then a guy came up and asked if my Van was in the driveway, I said yes, he said "Give me your keys!". I said... "Okay, but I still have some stuff in there I need to grab" and he said "Yeah, give me your keys". No explanation. I watched the same employee talk to three or four other customers the same one, no information, just expected that they all knew what his job was and what he was going to do. One person told him that she needed to confirm the car could be back by 10:30 before they take it, and he proceeded to get upset and rudely tell her that it's not his job so he doesn't know. Overall the second guy I talked to seemed to at least be friendly and helpful, but the rest of the experience was awful. It was the customer service experience I expect at a poorly run Burger King, not Mercedes-Benz. I got very limited communication about my car, including no response to a question I asked. I was told they would investigate and fix a door rattle, and did not need me to do a ride along with them despite me offering, they proceeded to not fix rattle and not follow up with me after the service. I plan to bring it back in. Courtesy vehicle smelled bad inside. I'm giving this 2 stars for friendliness only because of the second guy who helped me tried to be nice. More
Flawless experience - most friendly people I bought my first MB through the European Delivery program. John Creseto help us to feel that the buying of the car was less about stress more about e I bought my first MB through the European Delivery program. John Creseto help us to feel that the buying of the car was less about stress more about excitement - but without the superficial hype. Much enjoyable experience, John made us feel 'home'. He helped us through the nuances and details of what is involved with the European Delivery program (through MB Atlanta). By the way the trip is Europe was most memorable. Once my MB landed in Long Beach, Bright took over the delivery process. His courteous & thoughtful follow ups were very much appreciated - right off the bat he reached out to me knowing how important to a future MB owner to know what is going on, what to expect. Bright's service oriented approach is exactly how a customer would love to be treated. I do appreciate the genuine care and the delivery on the promises. That is how it should be done! Thank you Bright! I loved the experience at the MB Seattle dealership. More

2015 Mercedes Sprinter - fixing problem I had problems with my 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 V6 3.0L , to schedule the appointment here in Bellingham was a big problem with the big pain...real I had problems with my 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 V6 3.0L , to schedule the appointment here in Bellingham was a big problem with the big pain...really bad servise for they’re customers. After when I called service in Seattle they gave a really good spot for the appointment because that was an emergency for me. The problems got fixed. I’m really thankful to Bob for his time, really awesome communication with his customers, hes a really nice guy. Good job guys I’m really happy with my service that I did at your dealership. More
