They do good work MB Seattle did good work on my car, taking care of several squeaks and rattles I was experiencing in the cabin. All of the work was done under the new MB Seattle did good work on my car, taking care of several squeaks and rattles I was experiencing in the cabin. All of the work was done under the new car warranty and there was never any consideration that it wouldn't be. The people in the service department were quick to help and friendly. There are only two issues I had, and they're minor. First is the amount of time it took to get the work done, which ended up being over a week as they had to order in some parts. Next is the fact that they wouldn't provide a loaner car at all unless "you bought the car from us or we have a history together" which seems to be far under the level of service I expect from Mercedes. There's a free shuttle service for the Seattle area, but in the future if I'm going to be spending the extra money to go to a dealer rather than an independent shop, I really expect a loaner vehicle. More

Airbag Recall Up till this last service (air bag recall), we've received exceptional service. After supplying the VIN and waiting nearly a month for parts, we show Up till this last service (air bag recall), we've received exceptional service. After supplying the VIN and waiting nearly a month for parts, we showed for the appointment however, our part had apparently been used in another vehicle. Waited another two to three weeks and called to check status. Our part was on-hand (no call advising it had arrived). We set an appointment and this, time got the recall taken care of. Frustrating experience. Twice paying before-hour access to get the rig out of storage and arranging time to get this recall taken care of, when the parts for our rig (per VIN) should have been available the first time around. On the other hand, we've been bringing our Winnebago Sprinter motorhomes to Seattle Mercedes ever since Seattle Mercedes constructed their new facility enabling service on the motorhomes. This is the FIRST "blip" in service we've ever noticed and we'll continue to refer our Winnebago International Travelers (WIT) fellow Sprinter Frame units to Seattle Mercedes. I am sorry to see that Seattle Mercedes has stopped washing serviced vehicles (at least the motorhomes) before turning them back to the owner (up till the last three trips in, the vehicle had always been washed).
