They came back with $6700 worth of work witch most of was covered under warranty unfortunately they wouldn’t provide a loaner after we spent all day at the dealership they stated if we didn’t purchase the vehicle from them, that they would not provide a loaner for us , which is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard especially considering the amount it cost and the time my vehicle will be in the shop . Long story short I went to Mercedes of Tacoma in Fife and did the repairs to their shop and got a loaner from them and was very satisfied . More

We are getting ready to drive our motorhome back to Alaska and wanted to make sure everything was right before we did so. Turns out it was a tire with a defect. Patrick did a great job of concluding what the problem was and getting the "right" people to own up to the responsibility to properly taken care of the problem. He had "all" parties involved in his interest and did an most awesome job of bringing it to a conclusion. The next time we are back, and we will be back, in the lower 48 and need some sort of service I will most definitely looking for Patrick up to give us a hand.
