Very Disappointing Experiences with this Dearler This has been the most disappointing car buying and servicing experience in 40 years. My "CERTIFIED" Mercedes was delivered with numerous problems. This has been the most disappointing car buying and servicing experience in 40 years. My "CERTIFIED" Mercedes was delivered with numerous problems. Getting them resolved has taken almost 6 weeks and multiple trips to the dealer. I dropped my car off for service early yesterday to have the spoiler attached. The car had been delivered with the spoiler attached at only one end. I very specifically requested a call by 11AM so I could plan my day and plan the time to return and get my vehicle. After three hours I called but could not reach Elizabeth, the service adviser. Not receiving a call back, I called Elizabeth again an hour later. There was no return call. Another hour later I called and left another message. Again there was no call back. Another very disappointing interface with Mercedes of Seattle. More

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE PERIOD I got a Mercedes-Benz S65 2009 they replaced $1,400 in parts $850 in labor told me it would be additional 5700 for a gas tank that doesn't leak nothin I got a Mercedes-Benz S65 2009 they replaced $1,400 in parts $850 in labor told me it would be additional 5700 for a gas tank that doesn't leak nothing wrong with it and I had to tow it home these guys suck all they do is Parts change and just run up your bill if you let them if you got your car there now get it the f*** out of there I recommend if you have to take it to the dealer go to Bellevue I've had no problems with them ever and I'm sure they have more experience with Exotics Cars More

Thank you for making the experience great. I went in on Monday morning 7:00 am with an ailing Sprinter. Bob Barlow from service got me hooked up with a temporary Sprinter loaner immediately. My Monday morning commute with my problem vehicle was only a hickup in the day. Mercedes Service / Bob will take care of you. More
