Poor after market warranty support Purchased Xzilon warranty for paint, seats, wheels and windshield. Scheduled for regular 40K check up and told that it would take a week to have whee Purchased Xzilon warranty for paint, seats, wheels and windshield. Scheduled for regular 40K check up and told that it would take a week to have wheels and paint repair done so they would provide loaner car. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that they were still waiting for the claim to be validated by Xzilon. When pressed the service writer Samantha admitted she had not followed up on it and the claim as not none, the repairs were not done and I had just driven 100 miles round trip for nothing. She then told me that I could have had the repair done by a mobile tech but when she sent the link to Xzilon, no option for such repair and the claim for paint chips had been close (without being completed) and the wheel repair was still pending. More

Knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy I thought my brakes were grabbing and brought my car in for an inspection. It turns out they were okay. A less scrupulous dealer might have gone ahead and performed a brake job. Instead, Brian, my service manager, said I had 10,000 more miles before a brake job. After the brakes were inspected, they took the car out for a test drive to confirm their opinion. The car was returned to later in the day, washed and with no bill. More

When we were signing the paperwork, their finance team did not inform us of the price difference nor did they tell us what "extra" service they are providing.
