Their processes for handling phone calls needs improvement. Not what I expect from a Mercedes dealership. More

Excellent relationship-based service I purchased a used Lexus from the dealership and they treated me just as though I were purchasing a Mercedes. Not only did my service consultant, John [Glover], not balk at getting me in as soon as possible, he kept me appraised every step of the process as it was an issue they had not seen previously and required an extra day or so to resolve (parts and whatnot. Anyway, no cost to me, no unnecessary "upsell" or grief of any kind. I have rarely been a dealership service person, but every service I have for my CLA has been at MB of Seattle and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work. More
