I went to Mercedes Catonsville and Cocekysville, I walked the lot and not one representative acknowledged me. I went to Owings Mills and here comes Elliot. Acknowledging me and wanting to assist. That's what the lot and not one representative acknowledged me. I went to Owings Mills and here comes Elliot. Acknowledging me and wanting to assist. That's what I am talking about...... I shouldn't have to come find a representative when I am spending THOUSANDS of dollars. He was very informative and made my decision easier for me.
