Mr. Marvin Wentzel, my 26-years now, ASC Mechanic, - DSWood
Mr. Marvin Wentzel, my 26-years now, ASC Mechanic, identified some serious repairs that were needed, and included "a walk through of the underside of my beautiful 1993 300D," to "show me," including engine mounts and others. I took it in for "Inspection," and said, "please ask Marvin "to look my baby over, and "please" bill me for it."" If you have an "older Benz," and appreciate its quality like I do my two older Diesels, please call for an appointment with Mr. Marvin Wentzel. By the way, when I bought my 1993 300D in 2007, Mr. Wentzel walked with me out to the 300D, pulled up the hood and said, "this is dangerous." He had the fuse box open, and was pointing to the A/C fuse that had been getting so hot that it had "melted down into the fuse box." (This is a "Diesel," and it was sold to me like that.) If you are "thinking about buying "a senior Benz," make the purchase contingent on a "Marvin Review." You will be "very" glad that you did.
My other "big baby" is a 1987 300SDL, sold in 2000 because the vacuum assisted brakes needed new hoses. I sent that family "baby pictures" for awhile because the "little lady of the house," cried when I left with her. That was 26 years ago.
Thank you Mr. Wentzel, and American Service Center, for "so many" other "Thank You's" not listed here.
