My new GLE450e was delivered with mechanical issues and instead of a proper resolution, their only solution was to Avoid this dealership if you can. Despite weeks of trying to resolve these billing and service issues, the General Manager and Zach Smith had deliberately ignored my messages and played delay games. Service is always a pleasant experience, especially with Chris. He's taken care of me since the beginning of my 1st mercedes adventure. Based on my experience, this dealership is not trustworthy and I would strongly caution others before making any purchase here. Misrepresented vehicle options, refused to return my money, forced trade-in pressure, and multiple discripencies, bad faith conducts, denial of service, and billing issues. I was double charged and later found significant discrepancies in the documents provided versus my contract and payment records. Despite repeated attempts over several weeks, there has been no meaningful response or clarification. The lack of transparency and ongoing silence reflects very poor business practices and bad faith handling of customer issues. The worst part has been the General Manager’s delibrate lack of responsiveness, delay games and overall mishandling of the situation. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were ignored, reflecting poor communication and bad faith business practices. More

I am still owed an original spare key and part of the money I spent to GET a spare key from my local dealership! We agreed on a cost for the key and that a key would be sent to me - they haven't paid the full agreed upon cost and ... shock... I have NEVER been sent a key by them. This has been going on since December. The Sales Manager and the General Manager have dodged my calls and no one in the company has responded to voicemails left in months. I have it in writing that they will provide me with both the funds and a key - they choose to ghost me instead. They aren't worth the trouble. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! More

Recently (2/2/26) had service, navigation update, on our 2026 GLE350. Christopher Shall, Service Advisor, was amazing, went out of his way to help. Assistance started a week prior (1/26/26) with a phone con 2026 GLE350. Christopher Shall, Service Advisor, was amazing, went out of his way to help. Assistance started a week prior (1/26/26) with a phone consultation, at the recommendation of Mercedes Corporate Customer Service. When I spoke with Chris, he provided his personal cell, discussed issue and said to call and give heads-up when it was convenient for my wife and I to bring the vehicle in. Friday, Jan 30th he assessed the vehicle and realized it was more then just a setting. Scheduled vehicle for digital update on Monday, Feb 2nd and had a loaner vehicle waiting. Upon completion of work, car was washed and looked great. Once again, can't say enough about Chris. Koons Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville, earned my respect and trust and should be proud to have people like Chris representing them. I choose to drive 90 minutes one way instead to have my vehicles serviced-I will go no where else. In the service department, my advisor is Jackie Pressman. She is knowledgable, experienced, friendly and efficient. She does an outstanding job and always keeps me informed. Marianne Queen, customer relations manager, is fantastic and makes sure everything runs smoothly while at the dealership. Also extremely helpful and professional were Marilyn Munoz and Carlos Hernandez. Finally, I would like to highly recommend Zach Smith on the sales side. He is second to none in his knowledge of the vehicles, inventory, and Mercedes products. He is great and easy to work with-no pressure whatsoever.
