After harassing me to come out for a test drive, the car was not ready to go, Andy did not know how to operate it, Horrible experience with Andy Ji. After harassing me to come out for a test drive, the car was not ready to go, Andy did not know how to operate it, he abruptly walked away to use the bathroom in the middle of a conversation and magically the car sold minutes after my offer was not accepted. A waste of 2.5 hours of traveling to the dealership and the most unprofessional way of doing business I have ever experienced. Spoke with manager and got a “ sorry, “ but that does not make the experience any better. Run far away from Andy Ji and this dealership, as they are a waste of time and energy! More
