Good afternoon and thank you again for your response. If you recall, we scheduled an appointment with you and you reschedule. We did everything to accommodate and also spoke with your brother. You're writing a review on behalf of your father and you were not a party to the transaction, or is it actually for you after you've denied that you're the driver of this vehicle? We've had different stories from you, your father and your brother so what is it? You want me to apologize. We did nothing wrong. We treated your father with kindness and respect. (I have it on video in the Business office). He was a pleasure to work with until you found a better deal at another dealership on a all-wheel drive C300. At that point, you wanted to convince your dad and us that he didn't know what he was doing when we had full disclosure that this was a rear-wheel drive vehicle and since you got a better deal, you tried to get your brother to tell us a different story to gain our sympathy in a failed attempt to rescind the contract. You want an official apology for us doing something we didn't do. We followed the law and you want an apology from me/us for holding you accountable to the law? I'm confused. I am telling you about Chris and your financial manager’s attitude. I didn’t try to cancel our contract after i talked to you. Even i didn’t recall your name, that was fine. I know you tried. But not for Chris and your financial manager on the day when i came for pick up the car. If you don’t want apology about your team’s customer service, that’s fine. I am not going to buy Mercedes anymore. Ps: i am a part of transaction now. Since you guys pushed us, my father put me as a secondary owner/cosigner. Also I got an email that Benz already checked my credit report. Like i said, i’d never been explained for my credit check and given benz to permit doing this.
