We decided to change from a truck with a camper to a Sprinter when they came out with 4wheel drive. We tow a boat and need a camper so beginning with a 144 4wd we will create a camper that fits our needs and be able to tow our boat. The tough part is selling the truck with or without the camper. Jim was able to take our equipment in trade for the van which I did not think would be possible. This dealer made it happen! More

IF there was a downsid It took several weeks to locate the right car, but Drew and Jay did a great job sticking with me to find just the right one! IF there was a downside to the purchase, it would be that it took several hours to negotiate, talk to the manger, talk to the manager's manager and then get into finance. They were busy on a Saturday evening, but 5 hours seemed extra long for a car buying occasion. I purchased at CarMax earlier this year and the whole process took 1.25 hours for the same thing from looking to out the door with financing. Traditional car dealers need to pay attention to the length of the sales process... But the car is great, and everyone at Larson Mercedes is friendly! More

I still cant wrap my head around my visit here I went to this location to change a headlight bulb, easiest thing on the car to fix, but yet and still I ended up leaving in a loaner car. Why, becaus I went to this location to change a headlight bulb, easiest thing on the car to fix, but yet and still I ended up leaving in a loaner car. Why, because the tech broke a a coolant cord and fluid spilled out all over the engine area. He then explained that my car was a piece of sh*t because the year of the vehicle has a lot of problems, (Im not making this up). He then told me he was too busy to fix this sh*t and tried to tell me to go back inside and explain what happened to Rachel at the Service desk, to which I said absolutely not. When we go back inside he tells Rachel what happened and simply walked off. I was in so much shock I still haven't been able to process this level of service as it was the worst I have experienced ever in anything. Rachel at the service desk was nice and she set me up with a loaner but the damage was already done it through my whole day off because I was on my way to the airport to pick up a family member, while in the middle of a work day (total inconvenience in all honesty im not a complainer either). The only plus was Rachel, she did a great job under the circumstances but ill still continue to go to the Seattle location for my needs, I have a 17 CLS 550 that these guys will never ever touch, this was my wifes car and was supposed to be a quick stop that literally turned into a nightmare. More
