Had to calll 3 times 3 days to get someone to call me back. It was impossible to talk to someone in the service department. I was told 3 times that someone from the service department would call me back. Finall It was impossible to talk to someone in the service department. I was told 3 times that someone from the service department would call me back. Finally after the 3rd call after. I said I wanted to talk to the service department manager someone called me back. I have never experienced this kind of service before. I did bring my car in and the service rep Korey was very nice and helpful. More

No follow up with your service I have done a lot of business before but for some reason, every time I have to make the call into the dealership to obtain information. I left my car I have done a lot of business before but for some reason, every time I have to make the call into the dealership to obtain information. I left my car (did on purpose for 7 days) my car there for 2 weeks. No call, not text, no email. Not until I called the Service Manager (which I prefer not to do) did i start to get responses. Side from that, I feel I took possession of a car that was claimed to be fixed however additional work needed to be done so the level of repair service I also question. I have decided that 3 strikes with them is enough and will move on to another shop. It's a shame that as a Mercedes shop, such poor service and work. More

It could have been better. See my other comments. Overall, they seem to be good people with good I tensions. We had an issue while buying the car, and one concern since. There were three things that needed to be done before delivery. We were first told Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. On Monday, they said it would be Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday, they said Wednesday by 3 OM at the latest. When we arrived at 3PM on Wednesday, it wasn’t ready. They called on Thursday late afternoon and said it was ready. By then it was too late for us to make it work. We picked the car up Friday, 5 days later than what we were originally told. When we bought the car we were under the impression it had adaptive cruise control. It does not, which is very disappointing. While we didn’t ask that question directly, we were told that the sped limit would show up with the navigation system. It does not - apparently this come with the adaptive cruise control. More
