Basic service was good. Our issue with tire valve unresolved We brought our sprinter van motorhome in to you specifically for a first time service and an issue with the tire valve on back dually tire not reading We brought our sprinter van motorhome in to you specifically for a first time service and an issue with the tire valve on back dually tire not reading or excepting air. We explained in detail the problem to the service man but he did not take any notes and by the time he worked on our vehicle he had forgotten the specifics of the problem. He did check all the valves and he claims he was able to get air into all valve stems but when we picked up the vehicle the problem with that valve was still evident. At that point he said that is not anything he can fix and we left very displeased with the whole situation. More

They are very well made so cant really complain but the only complaint is the time it took to get parts and fix a minor issue. More
