Great people and service but the lead time to get an appointment is disappointing. I also called to inquire if a part was on hand, after driving from Olympia I was told the part wasn’t there? Great experience and am pleased with my purchase. Paid cash for a 2020 Toyota Tundra and assumed I would leave with the title to the truck but apparently that’s not how the purchase process works.
