My sunroof flew out of my car on the freeway at 70 mph. They had me wait two weeks for appt. Got there after waiting two weeks just to be told the part had to be ordered. why wouldn't they have already ord They had me wait two weeks for appt. After 3 more days i was called and l told they were gonna use someone else's and to come in. They killed my battery then told me i needed a new battery and a new fuel pump and the glass they put in my sunroof does not fit. I went back and showed them and they act like its not a big deal and blamed it on my sunroof motor. Its obvious the glass is too big and im foing all this driving from Olympia all the way down to Fife for nothing. And to be treated the way i was is unacceptable. More

I’ve had a claim with my insurance company for two years in regards to my backup camera. Every time I call to make an appointment they’re too busy, on the day of the appointment when I finally am able to sc in regards to my backup camera. Every time I call to make an appointment they’re too busy, on the day of the appointment when I finally am able to schedule I arrive and no one knows why I’m there and there is nothing in the system about it so I’m forced to reschedule. Unfortunately I’ve been ran around in circles all to still not have my car fixed fully and no one reaching out to me. Hoping to have the issue resolved soon but I will not hold my breath. More
