Mustang Recall + Other+Outstanding Serviceperson-Tony Had an outstanding visit again! Had the passenger-side airbag replaced which was part of the recall done. When I was asked to agree to pay 120$ in advance for diagnosis it seem like a lot, however when they found a mouse nest behind engine (took pictures) (my vehicle was stored in a friends pull barn this winter) and pulled a quarter out of the door which was causing vibration, I thought 120$ was okay. I trust this group as they are fair and reasonable. The best part of this visit was when i got in my car, i found my ring in the center counsel. I had lost it a year ago and was brokenhearted at the time. I went back inside to ask where the serviceman, Tony, had found it (under the seat), and to thank him. Tony came up and I was able to thank him for honesty and professionalism! He did a great job on the car and had said nothing, just placed it where I could find it. Plus, Jim did a great job driving me back and forth, so I did not have to wait at the dealership. More
