Now Baumann Ford - Had my mustang at the service dept. for a possible harmonic balancer issue. They confirmed it was bad but chose not to work on the car simply because the OEM part was obsolete. The parts dept. confirmed aftermarket was avail same day and was willing to order the part. Instead they took the diag money and sent us packing. I called the Ford dealer on the other side of town, made the appt and they already ordered the part. Extremely poor service to refuse service and still take my money. I have been in service for many years and aftermarket parts are commonly used in dealerships, even though it changes the warranty. Prior to making our appt we were even told we would need to sign a waiver in order to use aftermarket parts.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from this place and have always been treated great until two weeks ago. Made an appointment for an oil change in my 2021 F-150. Put my keys in the key drop as instructed. Went back late that afternoon and was told they forgot about my appointment. Not sure if I will be back in the future.

Took 2020 Escape in for it’s first service. Was able to schedule quickly, and work was completed within their estimated time frame. Was happy with experience.

Service time was a decent/usual amount of time..Friendly treatment while I waited to get my 2018 Escape serviced..Used my coupon which was sent to me for said service..and given a card for a free car wash. Thank you..

Like the service. But don’t like customers parking lot. Too small , get door dings. Like the quality of service, compared to other dealerships. Would recommend highly.

The only reason I am giving this dealership 1 star, is you cannot go any lower. I took my car there for service today, and they refused to service my vehicle after I complained about their new policy regarding loaner vehicles. I also felt uncomfortable there because the employees were not social distancing for each other or the customers and were not wearing masks effectively. I observed masks around chins, noses not covered, masks so loose to clearly not be effective. I will NEVER go there again. This is not the first problem I have had with this company. They have horrible customer service in their service department.
