20,000 service appointment Came in on a Saturday morning to get a 20,000 service on my wife's 2017 Escape. I arrived about 5 minutes before the service center was to open 7:00a Came in on a Saturday morning to get a 20,000 service on my wife's 2017 Escape. I arrived about 5 minutes before the service center was to open 7:00am. The gentleman came out and told me to come on in, which I thought was rather nice. I told him why I was there and he said that he would get it started right away. He directed me to the waiting room, told me the coffee was on (even though he said he does not like coffee) and that the car would be done shortly. 45 minutes later, the car was done. He explained everything that was done and also told me how everything looked. I never leave Mathews disappointed. They have wonderful customer service! More
