I have always taken my GMC to the dealership to be serviced, but since moving to the Augusta area I have had exceptional experiences with the local GMC service department. I don't know much about servicing cars and don't have family locally to give their input, but Mr. David treated my car not only like it was his, but more importantly like it was his daughter's car. I will continue bringing my car back here for any service or maintenance because I know I will be safe in my vehicle on the road and I know I will get an honest evaluation. Thank you for being my new "home" GMC dealership! More

Customers service needs some improvement Dropped my truck off for an oil change and have a seat belt replaced because it was locked up. Adviser called to let me know the truck was ready and t Dropped my truck off for an oil change and have a seat belt replaced because it was locked up. Adviser called to let me know the truck was ready and to sell me on an air filter. I told them ok I would come later to get the truck but how was the seat belt. The adviser told me they had to order parts and they would arrive in the morning. My opinion is that the seat belt is a safety issue and the adviser didn't even bother to mention the issue and wanted me to come pick up my truck. I didn't have a loaner vehicle so why not ask me to leave the truck or even mention the seat belt. The service adviser could of gave me some options to maybe pick it up the next day after parts arrive. Probably because it is a warranty paying job and they don't care. When ever I walk in the service department I feel like none of the advisers care about their customers and only want to push vehicles through that make money. When I was there picking up my truck another customer was complaining about their service also and how it has gotten worse. More
Didn’t deliver when promised Dropped car off at 9:15 for a basic oil change and tire rotation service. Was told car would be ready by noon when I made the appointment. When I arrived at 1:00, it took another 15 min to get the car. Not a good first impression for service. Had higher expectations from Master. More
