Recalls and a need for more recalls I took my 2015 Yukon xl in for 2 recalls. Was informed of other services needed due to mileage. Everything was good, except no recall on my right t I took my 2015 Yukon xl in for 2 recalls. Was informed of other services needed due to mileage. Everything was good, except no recall on my right tail light that goes on and off when I hit a bump; just the running light, not the brake light or turn signal. Those work fine. The concern is purchasing a new one for $750 plus labor solving the problem. I have read online where many are having the same problem. Seems this is a defect that GMC should correct. More

Third time in the shop for exhaust smell We have taken my 2016 Yukon Denali twice for a strong exhaust smell in the cabin. This last time it was there for four days. The technicians can’t sme We have taken my 2016 Yukon Denali twice for a strong exhaust smell in the cabin. This last time it was there for four days. The technicians can’t smell the smell and the refuse to physically inspect the vent system. We drove it off the lot smelling it and have smelled for the last three days. No repair was performed and there has been no acknowledgment of the problem. This is not just a nuisance. It is hazardous to our health. More

Excellent, met all of my expectations. Normally I am usually skeptical when dealing with sales people, particularly auto dealers, because of a bad experience I had quite a few years ago. But my skepticism was put at ease at the Master GMC used car dealership. Mrs Rowell met myself, my wife and my daughter on our first visit very cordially and discussed with us the types of vehicles we were looking for. She showed us what she had in stock that met our needs and allowed our daughter to drive a couple of cars. Mrs. Rowell was very honest and informative about one car in particular, a Chevy Cruze. My daughter liked this car but she wanted to look around some more. About two weeks passed and my daughter decided she wanted to test drive the Chevy Cruze again so I contacted Mrs. Rowell again. My daughter decided this was the car she wanted so after some creative financing we were able to purchase the Chevy Cruze. Mrs. Rowell was very helpful arranging the purchase as well as Mr. Wade Hooker. Mrs. Rowell took a lot of time with us answering questions, addressing our concerns and describing the features of the car. She went "all out" to make sure our needs were met. She should be commended for her work. More

Our last experience was not ideal, but this one was. We were in and out in an hour and we were pleased. The only complaint I have is that the TV in their waiting area is terrible. Grainy and sounds terrible. Would go a long way to enhance the experience to get it fixed. More
