Service Center I was told Friday by the service manager to bring in my brand new truck if I wanted to. My Brand new 2500HD Denali was running low on DEF, shiftin I was told Friday by the service manager to bring in my brand new truck if I wanted to. My Brand new 2500HD Denali was running low on DEF, shifting hard, fuel injectors had a recall. Was told I could bring it in Friday but may not get to it. Leave it Saturday still may not get to it, and maybe Monday. Monday Alyson contact me before I went back to Charleston and said bring it in and they would top it off and run a diagnostic inspection. Stayed in the service bay for 2.5 hours. I called Alyson twice no return. I reached Charles and told him to just top it off. He did and told me about the recall. Kinda disappointed with GMC customer service and the fact that I paid over 70K for my truck w/ 8,000 mile on it, and it needs to be in the shop constantly! Very positive I generally do not enjoy the car buying experience. I arrived at Master Buick GMC not knowing what to expect as I had not dealt with them in the past I generally do not enjoy the car buying experience. I arrived at Master Buick GMC not knowing what to expect as I had not dealt with them in the past. Bernard Hughes greeted me shortly after I entered the show room. A very pleasant experience. Bernard listened to my needs, explained the various models and options while showing me what was available in stock. From my walking into the show room to driving out in my new GMC, I felt comfortable with the dealership and feel that I was treated honestly and fairly. I will be back! More

I always look forward to honest service when it come to my cars, because I come from a sales background also, and I can pick up a sales pitch, and/or a upsell a mile away. These two employees took care of me, and my situation, and I did not have to pay for any unnecessary upsells. The lady who checked me out and the man who brought the car up for me to leave, were also very nice. When I first got this car, Frank Ward and Will Schafer made sure I was taken care of.
