Rob was up front and honest about all the paperwork went over it with me and he was patient when I had questions. I would recommend Rob and Josh to anyone who is needing to buy a car, they will take great car of you the whole time and make your car buying experience a good one. Monique M More

Awful place don’t ever buy a car from these people! They are scams..they will try to sell you a broken down car and then when you try and get into something else or say you don’t want to buy a car from them are scams..they will try to sell you a broken down car and then when you try and get into something else or say you don’t want to buy a car from them all together, they will refuse to let you get into something else, and if you chose to not keep the broken down car they will keep your entire down payment. They lied on the paper work what the mileage on the car was, and they use electronic signatures for the paper work so they can put your signature on documents they never even showed you. I don’t recommend going here in less you want to be lied to and your money stolen from you. Very sketchy people! More

Michelle Smith was amazing to work with. She was very helpful and listened to what i was interested in. She didnt pressure me on something i didnt want. Michelle made this a great experience and I will happily use her again if i make another vehicle purchase again. Jerked around This place is a true joke and a complete sham. They sell broken down beat up cars to get money out of customers who are clearly going there to better This place is a true joke and a complete sham. They sell broken down beat up cars to get money out of customers who are clearly going there to better themselves. We got the car in March 2 weeks after getting the car it was in there shop they forgot to put coolant in it this is just the beginning of this issue. A week later the car was once again out of coolant and in the shop they stated a sensor was out and would be fixed at no charge to me. I said I wanted to have the head checked and the mechanic said they have no way to check to see if the head is blown. They can't do a simple compression test which would of caught the blown head, nor could they check for coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant. It's almost lime they already knew it was blown. 2 weeks later it was once again out of coolant but they can't figure out where it's going so it is taken to a Ford dealer to see if they could fix it. Ford dealership reviews and says it's this and they fix it but once again a month later same issue take it back to the ford dealer and they go through everything they think it would be and say ok it's finally fixed. We are now late June of this same issue with no resolve. I get the car back and I have been able to drive it for a month and I get a check engine light and I've just barely went over the mileage for its first oil change. I take it in for the oil change and the company says there is coolant in your oil. I took it to my mechanic and he said that it was never fixed and it is not safe to drive the whole back end is messed up and the original issue was a blown head gasket there is nothing I could have done in the time I've been able to drive it that would put it in the state that it is in now. I go back to Markosian and they state the only thing they can do is for me to return the car to them and pay $1500 for the return on the lease they want to wash there hands clean of me. My boyfriend writes a bad review and all of a sudden they are trying everything in there power making promises to get him to take it down. The agreement was they will fix the issues or they will pay our mechanic to fix it and no cost to us and the bad review goes away. Less than 24 hours later after the car gets there they are retracting every promise they made and now back to the we want to wash our hands clean of you. We are reporting this company to the BBB as well as contacting news companies so they can insure there viewers aren't JERKED AROUND. I am sure I will get a response from Melissa on this because she doesn't like bad reviews but maybe they should help customers like they say they are going to instead trying to manipulate people. More
