We got the car in March 2 weeks after getting the car it was in there shop they forgot to put coolant in it this is just the beginning of this issue. A week later the car was once again out of coolant and in the shop they stated a sensor was out and would be fixed at no charge to me. I said I wanted to have the head checked and the mechanic said they have no way to check to see if the head is blown. They can't do a simple compression test which would of caught the blown head, nor could they check for coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant. It's almost lime they already knew it was blown. 2 weeks later it was once again out of coolant but they can't figure out where it's going so it is taken to a Ford dealer to see if they could fix it. Ford dealership reviews and says it's this and they fix it but once again a month later same issue take it back to the ford dealer and they go through everything they think it would be and say ok it's finally fixed. We are now late June of this same issue with no resolve. I get the car back and I have been able to drive it for a month and I get a check engine light and I've just barely went over the mileage for its first oil change. I take it in for the oil change and the company says there is coolant in your oil. I took it to my mechanic and he said that it was never fixed and it is not safe to drive the whole back end is messed up and the original issue was a blown head gasket there is nothing I could have done in the time I've been able to drive it that would put it in the state that it is in now. I go back to Markosian and they state the only thing they can do is for me to return the car to them and pay $1500 for the return on the lease they want to wash there hands clean of me. My boyfriend writes a bad review and all of a sudden they are trying everything in there power making promises to get him to take it down. The agreement was they will fix the issues or they will pay our mechanic to fix it and no cost to us and the bad review goes away. Less than 24 hours later after the car gets there they are retracting every promise they made and now back to the we want to wash our hands clean of you. We are reporting this company to the BBB as well as contacting news companies so they can insure there viewers aren't JERKED AROUND. I am sure I will get a response from Melissa on this because she doesn't like bad reviews but maybe they should help customers like they say they are going to instead trying to manipulate people. More

I was out in the lot the entire time with my toddler, next to my vehicle, and not one person came out and checked it. I went back in after 20 minutes and they had a list of things they said that they had found wrong with my vehicle and that is why they would only offer me $300 for my trade. Give me a break, I could sell my hood for $300. A group of dishonest people here. Yeah, let me give you my Yukon for $300 so you can sell it for $9,000. Sounds like a great deal to me. And since it was a company policy and not in my contract, do they say, they aren’t obligated to let me know. I am so disgusted by the lack of integrity this company has. I will never ever do business with them again or recommend them to anyone I know. This company is full of crooks who don’t care about anything but getting as much money from you as possible. More

What a JOKE! BAD RIPOFF!! In the later part of 2018, I visited their dealer location after many visits to their website, looking at vehicles. From the look of the website, they look like a pretty decent place, I have seen their commercials. So during my desperate time of need, they were there for me. The salesman I worked with was "Seth M" and I was lucky enough to lease a vehicle for 1 year through their oh so special "Credit Builder" program... or was I really that lucky?!? So, long story short, they rushed me through the document signing, they even used docusign... they didn't verbally disclose everything about their services and what I was really signing. The vehicle I leased from them broke down a few weeks after having it and their oh so special "Advanced Warranty" that I pay for...I will likely be responsible for even more financially after everything is said and done. THEN they went as far as threatening to "Repo" this vehicle even though I faithfully pay every other friday. They completely ripped me off and are continuing to and will probably continue to for the next year...THEN at the end of my 1 year lease, I am forced to get another vehicle from them against my will and I can't leave this HORRIBLE situation. I am forced to stay with them after I have paid for a lease vehicle for the year. What am I going to do? I can't turn this vehicle back in without paying a "Early Termination Fee" of $1,500 plus whatever other fees they decide they want to cook up... I can't get this vehicle back on the road without paying that Advanced Warranty deductible...which might end up costing me 60% of the cost of repairs.... This is what this dealer has done to me so far and it's not even worth it but boy am I paying out the tail end!! I will NEVER EVER refer anyone to this dealer so they can be taken advantage of the way they are taking advantage of me and I can't do anything about it! I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through all this B.S. that I have gone through because in the end, THEY WILL WIN. They will win because I am going to end up paying for it all. They win because the Meineke shop that is next to their dealership is owned by them too so they really don't have to pay for the repair costs but YOU as the CONSUMER are paying for it because THEY didn't disclose everything to you! And YOU pay the APG Financial (which is also owned by them) for the Advanced Warranty, YOU will pay them for the "Deductible" on the Advanced Warranty and all the while, they own the dealership, they own the APG Financial Company, they own the Meineke Shop...THEY OWN IT ALL!!
