Salesman Nate was exceptional. Very professional with no pressure. He’s a 5 out of 5, great salesman. Business manager Mr. Workman was complete opposite. Was very friendly initially when we first met. As he tried to sell us the extended warrantee and upgrades and we told him no he wasn’t as friendly as he was before we said no. As we were filling out paperwork for the sale, which we paid cash for, no financing needed, he had NO personal interaction, everything was just business with no expression on his face. I’m in my late 60’s, have purchased many things in my life, the way my wife and I were treated by Mr. Workman was the second worst during a purchase in my life. As he walked us back out to Nate when paperwork was complete, he just turned and walked off. Never a handshake, congratulations on our purchase, just left. This type of customer service, I can tell you will not be beneficial to your business. This is not a review out of frustration, it is an honest assessment of what we experienced.

Here is a dealership that makes car buying a pleasure. They truly made the process so smooth and easy. I spent more time at the bank, than I did at the dealership. Initially I was there as an observer, as my daughter had found a car she was interested in checking out. Second time, I returned her car for a promised repair. They made the repair, and my wife and I left with another car to test drive. Both purchases were so nice, no pressure, negotiating was simple and pleasant. We now have two fantastic vehicles in the family, and I will definitely return when looking for another in the future!!! Kellen was my salesman, and Jake was my daughter's, both were awesome!
