They had me give my keys to them so they could “look” my vehicle over and they didn’t. I was out in the lot the entire time with my toddler, next to my vehicle, and not one person came out and checked it. I went back in after 20 minutes and they had a list of things they said that they had found wrong with my vehicle and that is why they would only offer me $300 for my trade. Give me a break, I could sell my hood for $300. A group of dishonest people here. Yeah, let me give you my Yukon for $300 so you can sell it for $9,000. Sounds like a great deal to me. It’s just amusing how dumb they think people are. More

I called about a week ago to find out what I needed to do in order to do that. Apparently they don’t do that anymore. And since it was a company policy and not in my contract, do they say, they aren’t obligated to let me know. I am so disgusted by the lack of integrity this company has. I will never ever do business with them again or recommend them to anyone I know. This company is full of crooks who don’t care about anything but getting as much money from you as possible. More

What a JOKE! BAD RIPOFF!! In the later part of 2018, I visited their dealer location after many visits to their website, looking at vehicles. From the look of the website, they look like a pretty decent place, I have seen their commercials. So during my desperate time of need, they were there for me. The salesman I worked with was "Seth M" and I was lucky enough to lease a vehicle for 1 year through their oh so special "Credit Builder" program... or was I really that lucky?!? So, long story short, they rushed me through the document signing, they even used docusign... they didn't verbally disclose everything about their services and what I was really signing. The vehicle I leased from them broke down a few weeks after having it and their oh so special "Advanced Warranty" that I pay for...I will likely be responsible for even more financially after everything is said and done. THEN they went as far as threatening to "Repo" this vehicle even though I faithfully pay every other friday. They completely ripped me off and are continuing to and will probably continue to for the next year...THEN at the end of my 1 year lease, I am forced to get another vehicle from them against my will and I can't leave this HORRIBLE situation. I am forced to stay with them after I have paid for a lease vehicle for the year. What am I going to do? I can't turn this vehicle back in without paying a "Early Termination Fee" of $1,500 plus whatever other fees they decide they want to cook up... I can't get this vehicle back on the road without paying that Advanced Warranty deductible...which might end up costing me 60% of the cost of repairs.... This is what this dealer has done to me so far and it's not even worth it but boy am I paying out the tail end!! I will NEVER EVER refer anyone to this dealer so they can be taken advantage of the way they are taking advantage of me and I can't do anything about it! I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through all this B.S. that I have gone through because in the end, THEY WILL WIN. They will win because I am going to end up paying for it all. They win because the Meineke shop that is next to their dealership is owned by them too so they really don't have to pay for the repair costs but YOU as the CONSUMER are paying for it because THEY didn't disclose everything to you! And YOU pay the APG Financial (which is also owned by them) for the Advanced Warranty, YOU will pay them for the "Deductible" on the Advanced Warranty and all the while, they own the dealership, they own the APG Financial Company, they own the Meineke Shop...THEY OWN IT ALL!! More

Will pick up the car on Friday when I get paid but they did do a great job of checking off almost everything I had on my wish list, including heated seats. More

Now I have to get my money back, cancel an insurance policy I've already paid for, get my lawyer involved, and start my truck search all over. This place is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Awful experience First night spent 4 hours there as they did shady things. Had to go back the next day another two hours.
