There’s no honesty in this place of business I would not wish for anyone to go through what this place has done to me financially and physically and have done to so many other people More

THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF! I started leasing my car February. In May, the alternator went out. They said they replaced the alternator and belt that had broke. As soon as I drov I started leasing my car February. In May, the alternator went out. They said they replaced the alternator and belt that had broke. As soon as I drove it off their lot, the service battery charging system light came on. The next day, it died on me and I was stranded in the rain on the side of the road which was a Saturday and they don't work on the weekends so I wasn't able to get ahold of anybody until the following Monday. So over the weekend, I purchased a brand new battery thinking maybe i just need a new one since they just fixed the alternator. The car still didnt start. So on monday they told me all their tests came back saying it was a faulty alternator. Now mind you, they supposedly just put a brand new alternator in. They said oh the part was defective, not our fault. So now they had to order another new alternator leaving me without a vehicle for weeks. This was in May. Now again in November, my car died while we were driving leaving us stranded in the middle of the street. Wouldn't start, wouldn't click over. Tried to jump it, nothing. They tow it over to markosian. They said it was the timing chains so they are supposedly getting those fixed, they call me saying that the engine is still misfiring so they're just going to replace the whole engine instead. They had my vehicle from November 4th until December 18th. As soon as I pick up the vehicle the service stabilitrack system starts beeping multiple times throughout driving it. The next morning, the car won't start again. Service battery charging system light comes on again. So, after having my car for over a month, the issue was not fixed. I took my car to them because it was not starting, I tell them the car isn't starting again and he said well the charging system has nothing to do with the engine since the battery, started, and alternator are the same ones the old engine had. (Remember the alternator was SUPPOSEDLY replaced twice and it has a brand new battery. It's only been 6 months) and that since it's not the engine the replaced because the service battery charging system is on, that I would have to pay to another deductible and towing fee. Now tell me if the service battery charging system has nothing to do with the engine, and this was the exact issue I had brought It in on November 4th, then why was the engine replaced and not the service battery charging system in the first place? I honestly believe they are not fixing anything and are just charging me for all this because nothing even looks like it's been touched under my hood. There's tons of dust that is untouched. If an entire engine is replaced, wouldn't you think the dust would have been moved, maybe some finger prints from removing things and putting things back together? They are completely scamming me. I am about to lose my job because of this. Its days before christmas and i am stuck without a car, without a way to get my kids presents. I just paid them last week thinking my car was fixed and spent my christmas money on it. Do not waste your money on this company. I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau to open an investigation and whoever else will listen. More

Lupe and Nico were extremely helpful and their hospitality was truly high quality. They were there for me at every step of the way. It was a long process but lets be honest when is this process ev hospitality was truly high quality. They were there for me at every step of the way. Our biggest and most time consuming issue was insurance, however every issue we had was made so smooth thanks to these two legends. Truly I wouldn't ask for a better team when getting into a car. Thank you Lupe and thank you Nico. I only hope that next time I need a car I can get a team half as good as these guys. More

I went to a Markosian dealership in Tooele County. I was upcharged over $1,000 for a 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5 S, with a damaged trunk lid, 8 year old worn tires, faulty headlights, and a faulty key fob. I was upcharged over $1,000 for a 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5 S, with a damaged trunk lid, 8 year old worn tires, faulty headlights, and a faulty key fob. It cost me over $3,000 out of pocket to fix these problems, and I'm only a year into my 3 year payment plan. When I tried to cancel my warranty to cover the costs, they told me I couldn't. They only gave me a $200 trade in credit for my beloved 2003 Oldmobile Alero V6. I will never buy a car from Markosian Auto again. More
